Our stay at Hali’i Kai was a mix of lovely moments and some frustrations. The condos are well-appointed and the pool area is really gorgeous, but we had a significant issue with the front office regarding our access cards, which left a sour note on our experience. While the property offers great family amenities and a peaceful atmosphere, the service needs improvement to match the rest of the resort's quality.
